What's happening in each sector this month:
AC. We welcome Crow to the American Cyborg flock and continue reflecting on the people, projects, and collaborations that have shaped the collective.
RO. We continue our arborist website consultation, exploring how careful documentation, visual organization, and ecological thinking can inform both the client's website and Rookery's own development.
EX. We write Checking Each Other's Work, reflecting on citizen science, bird identification, and the importance of collaborative observation and verification.
PG. We revisit the Peridot Green salon archive, considering how earlier exhibitions might be reimagined for a new cycle of gatherings.
BC. We focus on the 50 folk songs of the Big Cypress atlas, and singing them around campfire. Lark and Petrel help.
